Student Registration: $295

Student Fee includes Conference Notebook, Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dinner on Wednesday, Networking / Hospitality Breaks, and Admission to the Exhibit Hall.

Student One-Day Registration: $130

Student One-Day Registration Fee includes conference notebook, one lunch, and admission to the Exhibit Hall.

Presenters: No Charge (ALL Presenters Must Register)

Displaying Exhibitors Registration: $425

Displaying Exhibitor Fee includes Registration for One Person, One Covered Exhibit Table, Electrical Service, Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dinner on Wednesday, Pre-Event and Post -Event Participant Registration List via Email, and Recognition of Company as Networking / Hospitality Breaks Sponsor.

Hosting Exhibitors Registration: $275

Hosting Exhibitor Fee includes Registration for One Person, Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dinner on Wednesday, Pre-Event and Post -Event Participant Registration List via Email, and Recognition of Company as Networking / Hospitality Breaks Sponsor.

NOTE: Hosting Exhibitor is allowed to display product with a Displaying Exhibitor.

Additional Exhibitors Registration: $130

Additional Exhibitor Fee includes Discounted Registration for One Person, Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dinner on Wednesday, and Pre-Event and Post -Event Participant Registration List via Email.

NOTE: Additional Exhibitor must be from a Displaying Exhibitor or Hosting Exhibitor Company.

Additional Table: $50

An additional exhibit table may be purchased by a Displaying Exhibitor.

Extra Lunch Tickets: $15 (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Extra Dinner Tickets: $20 (Wednesday)

Pre-Registration Deadline is February 18th, 2008

Late and Onsite Registration are Subject to an Additional Charge of $30

Payment can be made via Check, Purchase Order, Invoice, or Credit Card

REFUNDS, less a $25 administrative fee, will be made for all cancellations received in writing before March 3rd, 2008. NO REFUNDS will be made after that date, but a substitution of attendee may be made by notifying Southeastern Meter Technical Association prior to the conference
